Invoices and Refunds

Invoices will be supplied directly after the consultation, and all fees are expected to be paid in full upon receipt of the invoice, or within 48 hours. There are no refunds or payment plans for services rendered.

Unpaid Invoices and Scheduling

Unpaid invoices and routine late payments will result in the cancellation of any follow-up appointments.

Cancellations

Appointments must be cancelled 24 hours in advance in order to be rescheduled, and not incur the follow up fee ($80).
