Our Services

Invoices will be supplied directly after the acute or chronic consultation and the acute or chronic follow-up. All fees are expected to be paid in full upon receipt of the invoice or within 48 hours.

There are no refunds or payment plans for services rendered. 

Unpaid invoices and routine late payments will result in the cancellation of any follow-up appointments.

Appointments must be cancelled 24 hours in advance to be rescheduled, and not incur the follow-up fee ($80).
