What does the follow-up appointment look like?
The follow-up appointment is typically shorter than the initial consultation. In my practice, it looks like 30-45 minutes to hear what is going on for you. I am interested to hear what is the same, what has changed, and anything that is new or different in your symptoms. The follow-up appointments are where "the rubber hits the road" because I can see how the remedy is working for you, and the trajectory of your symptoms. This allows me to chart your health journey accurately
